Interested in connections between technology, health and environmental issues?

Sustainable development and the need for resilient operations are now part of mainstream thinking.  The interconnected nature of human health and the environments we live in is obvious to most people.  The potential impacts of uncontrollable climate change and the instability it could produce in our daily lives (e.g., increasingly unpredictable weather) are hard to ignore.

Actions that damage the natural environment eventually come back to haunt us, both as direct health impacts in the form of synthetic/toxic materials present in our foods and in our bodies and as reduced quality of life, throughout our lives, due to the degradation of the places we live in and work at.

However, in my conversations about these issues, I often hear concerns about the lack of access to unbiased and reputable sources of information.

Here are a few of my favorite sources of information regarding environment and health.  Happy readings!
